In order to comply with the S.C. Dept. of Revenue statutes, we are required to have on file either a Resale Certificate to purchase goods tax free for resale or a copy of your S.C. Tax Exemption Certificate (Form ST-9) to allow tax-free purchases. You may send a copy of the Exemption Certificate or the Resale Certificate via our online form.
